Q: When will I get my order?
If an item is under preorder, there is usually a 1-1.5 month period to manufacture, receive, and ship out the items. If there is a delay, I will send an email to you from [email protected].
Q: Are you shipping to the UK, Ireland, or the EU?
Currently, I am not accepting any orders from Europe and will refund them. If there is a high demand for European customers, I may open my Etsy store once again. Please fill out my CONTACT form to express your interest, so I could notify you if I decide to open my Etsy store. Otherwise, all European orders will not be accepted on my Bigcartel website.
Q: Can I organize a GO for your merch?

Please inform me if this is the case, I am only selling on Bigcartel and Etsy under the name, tokotanju. I do not authorize reprinting, copying, tracing, or distribution on sites like Aliexpress, Alibaba, Redbubble, or the like. Please contact me if you happen to find my designs on these websites.
